Probationary Officer Programme for Sales and Relationship Management is an initiative of ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal Global Education Services. The Training Programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in sales and relationship banking. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day to day activities. The roles offered on joining the bank after successful completion of the Programme will involve sales, servicing, cross-selling and acquiring new customers through field visits as part of the duties/tasks assigned. Similarly, internship / on-the-job-training periods will also involve these duties/tasks as part of the learning process.

How to apply for the PO Programme?
Fill in the application form. Once you submit all the details, the application ID will be sent to the registered email ID.
What is the eligibility criteria for PO programme?
The applicants below 27 years of age and who have completed graduation in any discipline with 55% (Aggregate) marks can apply.

What is the time duration of online aptitude test?
The test duration is of 60 minutes.
Does the online aptitude test have negative scoring?
No, there is no negative scoring in the test.
What is the syllabus of the online aptitude test?
The test consists of three sections – Verbal ability, Quantitative ability and Logical ability, with 30 questions in each section.
I have completed the online aptitude test, when can I expect the test result?
In case you are shortlisted, you will be informed about further process through email and Whatsapp in 3 days.
Can I get the score of the Aptitude Test?
No, test scores cannot be disclosed.
What is the dress code for the personal interview process?
How much time will it take to complete the personal interview process?
Personal interview will be a day-long process.
How much stipend will I get?
Rs. 5,000 per month during 4 months classroom training at Manipal, Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 24,000 per month during 2 months internship, depending on the location and Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 32,000 per month during 6 months OJT, depending on the location. A total stipend of Rs. 2.32 lakh to Rs. 2.60 lakh, depending on the location.
What will be my salary (CTC) after on-the-job training?
Starting salary (CTC) of ₹5 lakh to ₹5.50 lakh on successful completion of the programme and joining the Bank.
What is the total course fee?
If I choose self funding for the course, in whose name Demand Draft (DD) should be taken?
Demand Draft should be favouring "Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited" payable in Bengaluru.
I will be reaching Bengaluru before the joining dates. Can I get accommodation in the IMA?
The accommodation at the IMA will be provided after the completion of the joining formalities only.
Can my parents/guardians be provided with the accommodation at the IMA?
No, accommodation will be provided only to the candidates who complete the joining formalities at ICICI Manipal Academy.
